Appointments must be scheduled in advance
If all appointment slots for your event date are filled, please do NOT select another date since the Mobile Unit travels to different locations throughout the week.
If slots are filled, please notify your host site about adding more dates or schedule a mammogram at one of Virtua’s radiology locations by calling 855-847-8824.
How to prepare for your appointment
Bring your insurance card and government issue ID.
Don't use deodorant before your mammogram. Avoid using deodorant, antiperspirant, powder, lotion, or perfume under your arms or on your breasts on the morning of your mammogram.
Scheduling Instructions for Individuals with Health Insurance:
Step One
Click the Schedule Now button and select the screening date listed on your flyer.
Step Two
Provide your insurance information at the time of your appointment. If you do not have health insurance, please call 856-247-7388 for a separate date and scheduling process.
About the Virtua Mobile Health and Cancer Screening Unit
The state-of-the-art, 40-foot vehicle is staffed by a board-certified clinician and a technologist who provide onsite screenings and health education. Screening services include 3D mammograms, breast exams, GYN exams with pap tests, and colorectal cancer screenings via take-home tests. Additional screenings for chronic diseases may also be offered.
We accept most health insurance providers, Medicare, and Medicaid. We also host screening events for individuals without health insurance.
