It's a complimentary service for Virtua colleagues and their families. By giving us a call, your colleague concierge can easily book an appointment for you within the Virtua Health system.
What kind of appointments can I book through colleague concierge?
Our colleague concierge can help with routine check-ups, lab tests, screenings, specialist appointments, and so much more.
What's the benefit of using the colleague concierge program?
With this program, you can easily book appointments at a time that works for you. Whether you're on your lunch break, at the coffee shop, or on the commute home — we do all the heavy lifting!
How long does it take to book appointments through the colleague concierge?
Booking an appointment is fast and easy. On average, your concierge can find you an appointment within 5-10 minutes.
What times can I call the colleague concierge?
Your colleague concierge is available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Getting you the resources you need.
You'll work with a Virtua Navigator who will review your symptoms and connect you with a physician.
From there, you and your doctor will develop a plan to get you the care and treatment you need, such as:
- Blood work
- Referral to a specialist in primary care, cardiology, pulmonology, neurology, or ear, nose and throat (ENT)
- An appointment with a social worker to support your emotional well-being
- Physical therapy or rehabilitation
- Nutritional therapy
Find a treatment plan that's best for you.
Above all else, pelvic floor disorders are frustrating and inconvenient. But we're here to help. Once we know what's going on, we can develop a treatment plan that's best for you. This might include:
- Pelvic floor physical therapy
- Diet change recommendations
